Probably The Best Country Inn ..... in England

Without any shadow of a doubt The Jolly Farmer is probably the Best Country Inn ..... not only in England but in the UK.
Whatever your reason to visit this hostelry, in the quiet village of Bramley just outside Guildford Surrey, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. The Hardstone family serve only the best, whether you are looking for a relaxing drink or a memorable meal. The selection of traditional beers, imported lagers and wines from around the world cater for all tastes and all pockets and they are all prepared and presented with the greatest of pride. The food too is excellent in terms of quality, presentation and price and in my experience couldn't be cooked better.....anywhere !! The Jolly Farmer may be just a little local pub but everything it provides exudes enormous quality and value for money.

After many a vist, always a happy face with good food (even if we always order the same) good wine and choice of beer.

Real ale in a real pub.

Excellent real ale pub – I searched for a long time when I moved here for a pub like this. 8 real ales changing all the time, and 5 or 6 imported lagers on draught too (if you’re into that sort of thing). What you always wanted an English country pub to be like – and good food and accommodation too. The traditional convivial English equivalent to the ‘Cheers’ bar – see if you can spot Norm at the end of the bar…

Best Beer around!!

Marcus and I come into the Jolly on a regular basis and hardly ever walk out in a straight line as the beer is so tasty and we just want more and more. Long Live the Jolly and the imported lowenbrau beer giggle juice!
Also the food is very good.
